In clinical scenarios, there is a need to plan the surgeries and for the neurological interventions, non-invasive analysis of the same is necessary. For this in most of clinical scenarios, MRI is used to look into the brain, and with the MRI data we aim to find the white matter tracts.
The whole connectivity of the brain is understood only through the MRI scans.
